Pikavee is an electric - type Pokémon Fusion. It is a fusion of Pikachu and Eevee.

It evolves into Raicheon when exposed to a Thunderstone.

Pikavee is the first Pokémon Fusion encountered in Pokémon Fusion Generation and it acts as the game's mascot. Its silhouette appears on the title screen and the game has a Pikavee icon.

Pikavee is the signature Pokémon of Bill in Pokémon Fusion Generation. Additionally, Bill will create a Pikavee for the player if he or she brings a Pikachu from Viridian Forest to Sea Cottage. By default, Bill will fuse his Eevee with a Charmeleon, Wartortle, or Ivysaur in the player's party. If the player doesn't have any of them in the party, he will offer to fuse it with Pikachu instead. This makes Pikavee one of the first obtainable Fusions as well.

Bill's PikaveeEdit

Bill's Pikavee is first encountered on Route 2 where he uses it to introduce the invention of Pokémon Fusion by battling the player. Bill intended to give Pikavee to Lt. Surge afterwards, but had a change of heart and decided to keep it.

It makes another appearance in Cerulean City when the player teams up with Bill to battle Team Aqua and Team Magma. It's not seen again until partnering with Bill in Goldenrod City, after it's evolved into Raicheon.

After Bill implements de-Fusion, he will be shown outside his cottage in the credits along with a Raichu and Jolteon, indicating that he separated his Raicheon.

Other PikaveeEdit

A trainer in Vermilion Gym uses a Pikavee. It's implied that it was obtained from Team Aqua and Team Magma rather than from Bill. Lt. Surge himself uses Chantabuzz, insisting that it's better.

A trader named Pia in Ecruteak City will offer a Pikavee in exchange for a Furret.

  • Pikavee was created in 2005 and its sprite was updated to the current one shortly before the release of Pokémon Fusion Generation in 2012.
  • Being an Eevee Fusion, it's one of only five Pokémon Fusions that can evolve in Pokémon Fusion Generation, the others being Eeveesaur, Charvee, Warvee, and Growlvee.
  • Showing Bill's little sister a Pikavee (or a Raicheon if done post-game) is the only way to obtain Growlvee.
